5th District Judge Advocate spent a combined seven years in the Army and Army Reserves where he served as an infantryman.  Over the course of his military service, Webb served as part of a multi-national peace keeping operation in the Sinai with the 9th Infantry Division, spent time on the Korean DMZ with the 2nd Infantry Division and participated in Reforger in West Berlin with the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assult).
