Patrick J. DeGeorge served with the Illinois Army National Guard from January 1998 until his retirement in October 2019.  Over the course of his military career, he served as a stinger missile gunner, cavalry scout and public affairs NCO.  He earned his membership in the VFW during deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan.

In his civilian career, Patrick works as a public relations specialist for Township High School District 211.
