Victor Somoza was born and raised in the city of Chicago. He enlisted in the U.S. Army as an infantryman in 2005. Over the course of his decade of service, he deployed multiple times with service in both Iraq and Afghanistan, serving in the 3rd Infantry Division. Somoza has been assisting fellow veterans with V.A. claims since becoming an accredited Veteran Service Officer (VSO) in October 2017. His hobbies include poker, and spending time with his wife and 10 kids.
